The “Shortlisting Information Sheet”
(this is located within the
Application
Form) gives you the opportunity to show how your
skills and experience relate to the post you are applying
for. If you are applying for more than one of the advetised
roles may we ask that you complete a separate “Shortlisting
Information Sheet” for each post. Please mark
your application form clearly with the post reference number(s).
Please note that an enhanced CRB disclosure may apply to the
post to which you are applying
