 CONNEXIONS IS ONE OF ONLY 5 LOCAL ORGANISATIONS TO
MEET THE INVESTOR IN PEOPLE STANDARD SUCCESSFULLY FOR THE
LAST 10 YEARS
Connexions Northamptonshire has recently been assessed and
we are pleased to announce that we continue to meet all the
requirements of the Investor in People (IiP) standard.
Connexions has been working to the standard for over 10 years
(previously Career Path) and was recently highlighted in the
IiP’s publication ‘Raising the Standard’
to mark their Fifteenth Anniversary. Connexions Northamptonshire
was one of 480 organisations that has continued to meet the
standard for over 10 years and is one of only five Northamptonshire
organisations to be honoured.
Linda Houston, Training Manager said: “The assessor
confirmed that Connexions Northamptonshire continues to meet
all the requirements of the IiP standard but also gave feedback
as to how we can develop. “
Adrian Bell, Chief Executive, said: “IiP is all about
making the most of our most important resource – people.
It is all those who work for Connexions who deserve the credit
for our continued success in providing valuable services for
young people and in continuing to meet the IiP standards”.
The Investors in People Standard is a business improvement
tool designed to advance an organisation’s performance
through its people.
